Since becoming president in January 2017, Donald Trump has challenged the conventional wisdom both in the USA and abroad. He has pushed US allies in NATO and in the European Union to embrace his America First positions. Have his populist policies won hearts and minds in Europe? How are his statements being received in London, Paris, and Berlin? Will robust economic growth paper over the administration's shortcomings? Vendeline von Bredow has followed American affairs for decades. A keen observer and critic, von Bredow will assess how the president is doing with his economic, political, and diplomatic strategies. Join us for this provocative discussion.
